Lichfield Lions don't bite!
Being a Lichfield Lion is great fun and very rewarding. You may have seen us as Santa at a Grotto, bought raffle tickets for our Easter Egg competition, heard of our Golf Day to raise funds for St. Giles, or enjoyed our Cow Pat Raffle! Lions put the fun into fundraising.

It’s not all about fund-raising and helping the community we also enjoy a good social life, open to all club members, partners, friends and family.
The Lion motto is "We Serve." One member produces the weekly Talking Newspaper for people with visual impairment and has done for the last 42 years. Another member helps at Eye Camps in Asia. Members collect and deliver prescriptions for local people who are house bound, collect spectacles for recycling to the needy in other countries, transport senior citizens on a regular basis. During the pandemic Lichfield Lions provided white goods for those in need and continue this important support to those in need today. The Lions sponsored a defibrillator in Breadmarket Street, which has helped deployed five times this year.
