Insurance specialist appoints director of operations
Insurance specialist Evolution Claims Management has appointed Donna Quarrell as Director of Operations to strengthen its senior leadership team as the company continues its growth trajectory.

The Oldbury-headquartered company, which has built its reputation using technology to handle claims for the UK's leading insurance brands, has recruited Donna to lead operations having doubled its staff numbers since 2020.
Privately owned since its 2016 launch, Evolution Claims Management operates a transparent fixed fee model whereby charges remain transparent regardless of repair value.
The appointment represents the latest phase in the company's continued expansion and diversification strategy.
In her new role, Donna will oversee operational processes across the business, drawing upon more than 15 years’ experience leading operational teams in leading insurance companies.
Her most recent role was four years as Head of Service Delivery at a leading claims management provider, this followed on from a four-year spell as Operations Manager within the same firm. Donna also has experience from her time as Operations Manager for a major Insurer.
