New girls' team marked VE Day with tea in the park
Coven United Vixens u14s girls hosted an afternoon tea in the park to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day.

A spokesman said: "We had such a wonderful day as young and old celebrated VE day together.
"We took advantage of the local grant and celebrated a wonderful VE day with friends, family and local residents.
"Our team Coven United Vixens are a new team playing on Bee Lane field every Thursday 5-6.30 and Saturday 10-12."
The spokesman added: "These young girls come from across the local neighbourhood to play together to champion being a part of a great team. Parents are working hard to establish a great support system for these girls.
"Manager and head coach Nicky Jones, and assistant coaches Arron Morris and Tianna Jones, have worked hard to build this team, and we are all looking forward to a great session in 2025-2026."
