K2ToGs, a 'Knit and Natter group' who knit and crochet at a local Wolverhampton Church (St Martin’s Church), have kindly donated £1,000 to the pupils of St Martin’s CE Primary School, Bilston.

Reverend Kate Watson, who is based at St Martin's Church where the group meet weekly, presented the cheque to the Head of School and the school's Worship Leaders following their annual Easter Service at the church. The pupils, who were extremely grateful for the donation, thanked the group with a framed 'thank you' gift, which had been hand-made by one of the pupils.

Chris Hearsey, Head of School, was extremely appreciative of the gesture and explained that the money will help with plans to purchase new lockers for the pupils.
