From Easter egg hunts to sing-alongs, Macc Care Group homes across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford embraced the spring time festivities over the holidays.

At Wulfrun Rose Care Home in Wolverhampton, residents welcomed the pupils from Berrybrook School for an afternoon of Easter fun and festivities. The home’s gardens became the setting for an exciting Easter egg hunt as everyone chased after the Easter bunny in search of more hidden treats. The day finished with a heartwarming sing-along, making it a memorable event for both residents and visitors.

Meanwhile, over in Handsworth Birmingham, residents of Church Rose Care Home were visited by students from Holyhead School. The children arrived bearing Easter eggs as well as their very own handwritten letters, sparking heartfelt smiles and meaningful conversations all around. Among their messages were warm wishes such as, ‘Hoping your Easter is full of the sweetest things in life’ and ‘Wishing you nothing but smiles, sunshine and lots of sweet treats this Easter Day’.

And at Dora Rose Care Home, in Stafford, residents were treated to a visit from Farm on Wheels, who brought a variety of animals for everyone to meet.

These Easter celebrations reflect Macc Care’s ongoing commitment to enriching the lives of residents through meaningful activities and community involvement, designed to support the happiness and wellbeing of all their residents.

Bhav Amlani of Macc Care added: “It’s always so special to see our homes come to life with community spirit. Events like these not only bring joy to our residents but also create meaningful connections that truly enrich everyone involved, the visits from local schools brought so much warmth and happiness into our homes. At Macc Care, we’re proud to create environments where these kinds of meaningful moments can flourish – moments that remind us of the power of community and connection at every stage of life.”
