Leading new homes provider Bromford is hosting an open house event in the town on Saturday, April 26, where guests can gain valuable insight into the affordable scheme and learn more about the three-bedroom offering at Saints View.
Between 10.30 and 16.00, Bromford’s friendly sales team and expert advisors will be on hand to talk through the intricacies of Shared Ownership and the energy-efficient homes, with guests treated to refreshments throughout.
Saints View sits off Redhill Way, just north of the Priorslee area of the town, where there are currently three-bedroom homes available, crafted to the highest standard by five-star housebuilder Tilia Homes.
Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
Then, when the time is right, the homeowners can purchase more shares through a process called staircasing, gradually increasing the ownership of the home.
One of the available three-bedroom homes at Saints View is the Alderley, a contemporary space which will greet buyers into a welcoming hallway, off which spans a fitted kitchen dining area, with room for a dinner table and space to manoeuvre while cooking.
The hallway also borders the modern lounge area, with plenty of natural light coming through the French doors which lead to the turfed rear garden. The living space can comfortably fit two sofas, an armchair, coffee table and television stand. A downstairs bathroom and understairs storage complete the ground floor.
Upstairs is home to the main bedroom, with ensuite, at the front of the Alderley, separated from the two other rooms by a stylish family bathroom and yet more space for storage. Off-street parking comes as standard.
Karen Adams, Sales Manager at Bromford, said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming prospective homebuyers to Saints View this weekend.
“Our partnership with Tilia Homes has been exemplary, the homes here really are beautiful, with lots of open space to families, downsizers, commuters and more to really make their own.
“There are many reasons to consider purchasing at Saints View, not least the quality in build and specification, as well as the energy-efficiency and convenience of location.”
Saints View is a short distance from the picturesque settings of the Wrekin and South Shropshire Hills, allowing residents to absorb the fascinating Shropshire countryside, while the extensive nearby road and rail networks allow Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton and Birmingham to be easily accessible.
Bromford is part of the National Shared Ownership campaign supported by the National Housing Federation. The campaign to raise awareness of Shared Ownership, supported by almost 50 organisations.
