The Lookers Mercedes-Benz dealerships at Wolverhampton and Tonbridge have received 2024 Customer Service Awards in the annual Mercedes-Benz UK Customer Care Awards.

The awards recognise outstanding performance across key areas of the after sales business, including digitalisation, customer experience, retail engagement, sustainability, innovation, and service excellence.

The recognition highlights the commitment of Lookers’ After Sales teams to delivering exceptional customer care and technical expertise, ensuring Mercedes-Benz owners receive the highest standards of service.
