Local history talk: The Lunar Men of the West Midlands
Dr Malcolm Dick will talk about the origin and importance of the Lunar Society including the role of key individuals such as Matthew Boulton, Erasmus Darwin, Josiah Wedgwood, James Watt and Joseph Priestley and their contribution to the Industrial Enlightenment of the West Midlands and the region's legacy as an industrial powerhouse.

The talk will be given to Kidderminster Historical Society on Thursday, 13 March at 2.30pm. The venue is the Museum of Carpet, Green Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AZ.
