Talented content creator Natasja Bailey, CEO of The Write Hive, has built an impressive client portfolio of more than 90 businesses in her inaugural year by deploying what she describes as her “UGC trifecta”.

It’s this tactic that has proved a winning formula and seen the 26-year-old, of Burntwood, provide clients with “social media gold” where others have failed.

So, what is her secret to success?

“A winning formula when effectively implemented” – Natasja Natasja said: “User-generated content, or UGC, has redefined social media marketing by offering brands a compelling and powerful means of building authenticity, credibility, community, and ultimately driving those conversions. “However, like all marketing strategies, the inevitable domino effect led to market saturation.

“Honed whilst running my social media marketing business, I’ve fine-tuned my approach to the UGC niche over the last 12 months. Enter the UGC Trifecta: a strong hook, an authentic body, and a call-to-action (CTA) - a winning formula when effectively implemented.”

Natasja’s winning approach has seen her trusted to work with big-name brands including Garnier, Timpson, Moonpig, Hovis, Protein Works, Prep Kitchen and Scholl. And, while she’s not naming names at this stage, she has admitted she already has plans in the pipeline to work with even more exciting brands in early 2025.

Newlywed Natasja added: “Gone are the days of the unrealistic, over-polished, and furthermore unrelatable standards within social media advertising. Whilst UGC should feel inspirational, it should not seem unrealistically so.

“Audiences should be able to draw parallels with the creator, see themselves in their shoes - drawn in by a strong hook, convinced of product's benefits, and then directed by a clear CTA.

“If a UGC creator can perfect the trifecta - they stand in line for social media gold.”
