Sandwell school Swim England award winners!
Ryders Green Primary School are excited to share some fantastic news with you! On 30 November, Miss Phillips, Miss Allden and Miss Kaur attended the Swim England National Awards at the University of Birmingham.
Our school has been awarded the Bronze Swim England School Swimming Award. This award celebrates the outstanding swimming provision and water safety education we provide to our students. We are very proud of the swimming provision provided as children are encouraged to develop a love of swimming, improve their swimming techniques, gain water safety knowledge and achieve distance badges.
We were overjoyed to receive this award and even managed to meet Isabelle Thorpe who won Team GB’s first-ever Olympic artistic swimming medal at Paris 2024.
