In a statement, the group said: "At 17.20pm last night, what appeared to be two very young boys entered our yard and set fire to a bus and two trailers of ours.
"Thankfully these two children don't seem to be hurt by their actions, but it could have potentially been a lot worse.
"The fire was spotted by our on site security and alerted the fire service who very quickly responded to the scene and was under control within the hour."
A video, shared by the group, shows the blaze destroying the two trailers, also showing the two people sneaking onto the site towards the bus.
The statement added: "We are very concerned about the safety of children committing these sort of actions without realising he harm they can cause to themselves, not to mention the inconvenience to our public services, neighbouring houses and of course, the owners.
"We would like to thank the firefighters who attended and local residents who raised awareness.
"If anyone knows who these boys are, please do come forward. Police have been notified."
West Midlands Police has launched an official appeal into the incident, asking anyone with information to contact hem directly.
