Arsenal and Nottingham Forest are two of the clubs rumoured to have made a move the the Brazilian international.

But reports of any bid are wide of the mark with Wolves hoping the 25-year-old puts pen-to paper on a new multi-year deal.

Arsenal are looking for a replacement for Gabriel Jesus who will miss the rest of the season with an ACL injury while Nottingham Forest have made an offer for Brentford forward Yoane Wissa.

Cunha shook off illness and played the full 90 minutes in the 3-1 defeat to  Chelsea on Monday night.

The striker will be hoping to build on an excellent season that has seen him score 10 Premier League goals in 21 games - he faces Arsenal at Molineux on Saturday.
