Nathan Judah's Marbella Tour Diary - Day 5
A quiet night a chez Judah after evening training, consisted of a long run, getting ahead with work and a cheeky BBQ.

Those who normally follow my pre-season diary will know that we normally eat pretty late, not by design but necessity.
Last night was no different, sitting down for some steak, chicken kebabs, haloumi and a fresh salad around 10.30pm watching the US Office on Netflix!
LK: Long days on pre-season always result in late evenings and we were both absolutely knackered last night, but Judah did a decent job with the food.
Regular readers will also remember our specific roles when it comes to living in close quarters.

I am chef for the week & Keeno is the appointed cleaner. The dynamic works well and so far so good on successful meals.
