Midfield maestro Ruben Neves led the pack of players who starred in this year’s video, where a young fan was reunited with her teddy bear.

The two-and-a-half-minute video starts by following a young girl picking out a gift from the Wolves Megastore with her father.

She eventually picks up a teddy bear emblazoned with the Wolves crest.

After a few scenes showing the girl hiding the bear in her school bag and attempting to feed it baked beans, the family is shown at a game at Molineux, where she leaves the bear behind.

The teddy is found by a staff member who then passes it on to a number of high profile names including manager Nuno, pacey winger Adama Traore, rock legend Robert Plant and club hero Steve Bull, before arriving with Portuguese international Neves.

It isn’t until the father sees a photo of Robert Plant and the bear on social media that the mission to return it home begins.

Neves is joined by compatriots Rui Patricio and Ruben Vinagre as well as Mexican striker Raul Jimenez in arriving at the girl’s home to return the bear after being passed through the Wolves hierarchy.

All four of the star players are decked in Wolves-themed Christmas jumpers before Neves kneels down to return it to the excited girl.

Following the video’s release, Wolves released a behind-the-scenes photo of the five players involved all wearing their jumpers and Santa hats.

The video was released as part of the club’s festive promotion, alongside the hashtag ‘Gift of Gold’, to advertise the Christmas gifts up for grabs at the Wolves Megatore.

The Wolves festive spirit came just in time as the boys in old gold and black picked up a famous win over title challengers Chelsea under the lights at Molineux. Fan favourite striker Jimenez scored the equaliser and

Diogo Jota then popped up with his first goal of the season to record Wolves’ first win in seven games.
