West Brom fans spoke with Luke Hatfield following their Carabao Cup exit at the hands of Millwall.
The Baggies had a dream start with Charlie Austin netting less than ten minutes into his debut for the club.
However, Millwall soon turned the tables on Albion via two set pieces, with Tom Bradshaw levelling the game before Aiden O'Brien put the Lions ahead.
