Two penalties by Matheus Pereira either side of Semi Ajayi's header was enough for Albion to nab all three points at Molineux in the first Black Country derby since 2012.
Albion had been pegged back and behind in the first half, after Pereira's first spot kick was cancelled out by Fabio Silva's composed finish.
Willy Boly's goal before half time had Wolves looking to win, but a resilient Albion fought back over the second 45 to earn a deserved victory.
