Villa host the French club in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final aiming to overturn a two-goal deficit.
Unai Emery’s men are huge underdogs after last week’s 3-1 defeat in Paris but Watkins says players believe they can do something special.
He said: “It’s going to be huge. Villa Park. An unbelievable atmosphere. Look, at the end of the day, we have got nothing to lose.
“Playing against a top team in Europe. We’ve just got to leave it all out on the pitch and have faith that we can do it.”
Watkins scored his 15th goal of the season in all competitions as Villa warmed up for the PSG clash with a 3-0 win at Southampton on Saturday.
It was the eighth win in the last nine matches for Emery’s team and the manager is again expected to have a fully fit squad to choose from on Tuesday.
Watkins, who has found himself on the bench for four of the last five matches, said: “I think this is definitely, probably the best Villa squad there has been in terms of depth and quality. A bit of a headache for the manager.
“With a fully-fit squad, Ross Barkely, an unbelievable player, missing out. So, it shows the depth that we have got.”
