Villa play the first leg in France on Wednesday night and Rogers admits their confidence is on a high after beating Nottingham Forest to record their seventh successive win.
The Halesowen-born forward netted the opener in Saturday’s 2-1 victory and says all sights are now on PSG.
Rogers said: "It's going to be a massive game. It's surreal to be in that game. We will go there with confidence because we are playing well at the moment.
“They are one the best teams in the world, there is no denying that. We are in the quarter-finals for a reason. We will go there and try to win the game as always and see where it takes us. We’re looking forward to it."
Boss Unai Emery, who made eight changes to his team for the win over Forest, conceded his team will head to Paris as underdogs.
Villa’s winning run is their longest since the 2019 charge to promotion from the Championship but Emery says they must improve.
He said: “We are going to analyse and identify how we are going to take on Paris Saint-Germain.
“We are going to prepare two legs. Everything we are doing, facing and performing, and trying to get better, there are lots of things to check to get better.”
Emery continued: “For the club, for the players and for me as a coach, it's a huge challenge. We are very excited and motivated.
“They are favourites but we are going to try to prepare as best as possible to compete against a very good team, very good players and a very good coach. We will try to enjoy the first leg in Paris and the second leg here."
