Watch the celebrations between Aston Villa's players and staff after they booked their place in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
Villa lost 1-0 on the night to West Brom but following their 2-1 win in the first leg, saw the game go into extra time and penalties before winning 4-3 in the shoot-out.
Tammy Abraham netted the winning spot-kick, sparking wild celebrations amongst the players in the dressing room.
