The highly-rated striker has re-united with Colin Calderwood, who worked alongside Steve Bruce at Villa Park before his departure earlier this season.

The 20-year-old has made a total of 17 appearances for Villa, and departs on a temporary basis with first-team opportunities at B6 hard to come by.

The youngster is currently behind Tammy Abraham, Jonathan Kodjia, Scott Hogan and Keinan Davis in the pecking order.

"We're delighted to get Rushian in as an addition to the squad for the rest of the season." Calderwood said.

"Firstly we would like to thank Aston Villa for allowing him out on loan to us, as I'm sure he is a young player who will have been highly sought after."
