Walsall 2-2 Bromley: George Bennett's player ratings
George Bennett rates Walsall's players after their 2-2 draw against Bromley at Bescot.
Tommy Simkin - 7 (Unlucky)
Pulled off a smart save to deny Omar Sowunmi's powerful header early in the second half but was unable to keep back-to-back clean sheets.
David Okagbue - 7 (Decisive)
Involved in both goals as his headed clearance set-up Liam Gordon's opener before he rescued a point with the final kick of the game.
Donervon Daniels - 6 (Nervy)
Clearly still feel his way back into the swing of things and had a couple of nervy moments including a heavy back pass late in the second half.
Taylor Allen - 7 (Mixed)
Stung Grant Smith's palms with a powerful free-kick and blazed another chance over in the first half. Struggled with his delivery at times until his dangerous corner delivery led to a last-gasp equaliser.
Connor Barrett - 6 (Quiet)
Uncharacteristically quiet going forward down the right and was replaced by Albert Adomah during the closing stages.
George Hall - 6 (Glimpses)
Showed glimpses of his quality on his first league start in almost three months but struggled to combine effectively with Barrett.
Jack Earing - 6 (Faded)
Made a lively impact in the first half and set-up a golden chance for Nathan Lowe with an instinctive through ball but faded after the break.
Liam Gordon - 7 (Instrumental)
Made a vital challenge to stop Olomola in his tracks before opening the scoring just over a minute later. However, he was unable to prevent Danny Imray from breaking in behind to score Bromley's second.
Jamille Matt - 6 (Moments)
Had his moments with his back to goal but had a challenging evening against Bromley's towering centre-backs.
Nathan Lowe - 6 (Golden chance)
Had a great chance to break the deadlock when he was denied one-on-one by Grant Smith but was unable to add to his incredible goal scoring tally.
