Wolves through as West Brom and Aston Villa both exit FIFA 20 Ultimate QuaranTeam tournament

It was a mixed day for local sides in the FIFA 20 Ultimate QuaranTeam tournament - as Wolves progressed whilst West Brom and Aston Villa both exited the charity competition in the first round.

Wolves beat Adelaide 2-1 in their clash, whilst Villa took on VVV-Venlow on Monday evening, but were defeated 2-1 - Albion did battle with Ajax, losing 5-1.

Wolves used one of their own eSports players to take control of their game as Villa had their #ePremierLeague Club Playoff winner Kyle Rowley in charge for them, on-loan forward Callum Robinson was in control of Albion against their Dutch opponents.

Wolves will now face Sligo Rovers in the second round of the tournament, which is raising money for charity having been set-up by League Two side Leyton Orient.
