Stourbridge's immediate future was thrown into doubt after it was revealed they would have to tear down stands and floodlights at the War Memorial Athletic Ground, their home for 137 years, because they were too close to a bank at the edge of their site. The Glassboys, though, have special dispensation to carry on playing at the ground next season from the Southern League and the Football Association to give them time to make the necessary adjustments

Phil Brown's failure to lead Kidderminster Harriers to National League North promotion cost him his job. Harriers were top of the table going into the final day but lost 1-0 at Southport and were then beaten at home by Chester in the play-offs
