Sadler has relied heavily on Connor Barrett and Liam Gordon in the wing-back slots this season, and only turned to Asiimwe once Barrett was handed a two-game suspension last month.
Asiimwe replaced Barrett in the XI once again in the goalless stalemate at Newport County on Easter Monday, after an exciting cameo from the bench in the 2-2 draw against Harrogate Town on Good Friday.
The Ugandan, who joined on loan in January, then switched over to left wing-back for the closing stages in South Wales, and Sadler has suggested it might be a tactic he'll exercise again.
