Only four points separate the sides going into their final matches.

Last season’s champions, Stafford Institute, confirmed third with a 3-2 win against this season’s winners Hotshots A.

Jason Kendrick got a 76 break as he and Rob Wharne put Institute 2-0 up. Daniel Eaton-Lees sealed the win in the fourth frame.

Pennfields A bagged the final promotion place in Division Two, returning to the top flight only a year after relegation. They beat Poets H 3-2 thanks to Jon Bate, Colin Reade and Ash Barker.

Baggeridge Social B, Landywood E, Willenhall Liberal and Wolverhampton Electric are all still in contention for the final two relegation places, with Willenhall Liberals hosting Baggeridge next week.
