The Black Cats prevailed 1-0 winners thanks to Trai Hume's winner 10 minutes before the interval - a direct free-kick which badly slipped through the grasp of goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith.

A horror mistake from the goalkeeper to let Hume's first-half winner slip through. Seemed to go with his right hand to his left but unable to get any purchase on the ball. Terrible error, not his first. Decision time for Mowbray.
