Taylor Allen scored for the second game on the spin to cancel out Luke Molyneux's opener, with both goals coming into the space of two first half minutes.
Billy Sharp restored Rovers' lead five minutes from time but fellow super sub Johnson had the last laugh with a 90th-minute leveller.

Walsall might have drawn seven of their last 11 games but destiny is still very much in their own hands.
They've collected a point apiece from direct promotion rivals in a matter of days and maintained the five-point buffer between themselves and Doncaster in fourth, albeit with Rovers boasting a game in hand.
Furthermore, they gained an extra point on second-place Bradford City after they fell to a 2-0 defeat against Port Vale, who Walsall face on Saturday lunch-time.
