Pelsall Social A retain Premier League top spot

Lee Cross and Tony Davis edged the first two frames for Pelsall before Matt Warrilow halved the deficit for Landywood. 

Paul Harrison won another close frame for Pelsall and Adrian Rosa knocked in an excellent break of 74 to put the seal on the win. 

Hotshots A won 4-1 at Stafford Institute after Callum Downing, Roy Stokes and Neil Beckley propelled them into a commanding lead. 

Chris Ward pulled a frame back for Stafford but Hasan Hussain completed a routine win to stay within one-point of top spot.

Bloxwich Memorial A cruised to a 5-0 home victory courtesy of wins for Jack Harris, Craig Meredith, Stewart Jones, Alan Hathaway and Joshua Walker to keep them within five points of the summit. 

Wednesfield Cons came from behind to beat Beechdale 3-2 as Lee Bannister hit a break of 46 to win the final frame. 

Bloxwich Sports eased to a 4-1 victory at home to Dartmouth Central with Kelton Scott, Colin Kettlewell, Jonny Pearce and Neil Gould registering winning frames. 

Charlemont A won 3-2 at Rushall Labour in a close affair, with John Lawley winning the opening frame for Charlemont before Darren Westwood levelled for Rushall. 

Phil Bellingham and John Spencer won frames to confirm victory although Alan Coleman grabbed a consolation frame for Rushall. 

Poets Corner A won by the same score-line at Old Hall B with Adam Hartshorn winning the deciding frame. 

In Division One, Aldridge Cons C have one hand on the title after extending their lead at the top to 14 points with seven matches left. 

Aldridge lost the first frame but wins for Sandeep Daley, Lee Dennant and Stewart Baker helped guide them to a 3-2 win over Amery. 

Bentley Moor B won 3-2 at home to Bloxwich Memorial B while Charlemont B romped to a 5-0 win over Landywood B courtesy of winning frames from Alex Stevens, Chad Howell, Jesse Lowe, Dan Roden and Michael Skidmore. 

Meanwhile, Darlaston Cons prevailed 3-2 against Aldridge Cons B and Old Hall won by the same score-line at home to Q Bar A. 

Elsewhere, Aldridge Cons A emerged 3-2 victors at Pelsall Social B, Old Hall also beat Q Bar B 3-2 and Lichfield Road eased to a 4-0 win at Norton Vic. 

Hotshots and Charlemont A will go head-to-head in the Bryn Williams League Cup Handicap while  Alan Hathaway will face Adrian Rosa in the Mick Faulkner 'Master' Memorial Trophy.
