Walsall boss Mat Sadler issues response amid 'reported' Oisin McEntee interest
Mat Sadler says he has "heard nothing" in response to reports that Hibernian are interested in signing Walsall defender Oisin McEntee.
The Daily Record reported last week that McEntee has caught the eye of the Hibs' scouting team, with the Scottish outfit 'keen' on bringing the Irishman to Easter Road this summer.
The report went on to add that sporting director Malky Mackay has already started conducting "background checks" on the 24-year-old who is out of contract in the summer.
However, when asked if he was aware of the interest in McEntee, Sadler insisted that it was the first he had heard of the speculation.
