Tough West Brom process causing 'inconsistencies' but Tony Mowbray remains confident

Under Carlos Corberan, Albion had become a solid defensive unit who rarely conceded and were not known for being free scoring.

For much of Corberan's reign it worked, as they reached the play-off semi-finals last season and were well in the play-off hunt by the time he departed in December.

Mowbray's front footed, attacking style is completely different, and the Baggies boss admitted it was going to take time for the players to adapt.

At has been a month since he arrived at the club. In his first six games his side have picked up two wins and a draw - a total that could well have been higher but for a few fine margins.

And Mowbray has explained that his players are times are still programmed into the old way of playing. However, the Albion chief is confident that his side will come through what he has labelled as a 'tough process'.
