A 25th-minute own goal from Lions full-back Joe Bryan cancelled out an early Jake Cooper headed opener as Millwall carved out a deserved lead after a poor start from their visitors.

We have had a look at some of the talking points in the latest debrief.

Changes

Mowbray's team selections have been particularly interesting so far.

Last week's three matches in eight days brought all kind of debates. To a point that comes as no surprise given a busy schedule for the squad and after a busy transfer deadline.

Mowbray made six changes for the victory over Sheffield Wednesday, a further three for the midweek clash with Blackburn and five at Millwall. Clearly, in the first few weeks of a new manager's reign, that shows a boss trying to figure his squad out.

There are always specific examples. Mowbray wanted physicality at Millwall and those that impressed against Wednesday stayed in for Blackburn.

Some supporters have suggested the heavy tinkering of the line-up has done little to help players build cohesion. Wingers Tom Fellows and Mikey Johnston, two star attackers, have at times been out of the reckoning with others who have struggled this season preferred.
