The new boss enjoyed an unbeaten three-gam run after taking over from Gary O'Neil, as Wolves looked to move away from the relegation zone.

Pereira came close to signing as Everton head coach on three separate occasions and has now finally got his Premier League chance, something he is relishing.

"A fantastic experience," Pereira said when asked if the Premier League is what he expected.

"You feel that you are at the top, you feel that if you sleep 10 minutes in the game, maybe they score three or four goals, very easy.

"It means that you are on the top and this is the pressure.

"This is what I need to be in my best level, in my best version.
