Walsall suffered a major blow when League Two top scorer Lowe was recalled by Championship side Stoke City on Sunday night.
Lowe scored 18 goals and set-up more seven more in 30 appearances in all competitions for the Saddlers and sits atop of the scoring charts in the fourth-tier with 15.
Sadler has confirmed Walsall are looking for a replacement but is keen to bide his time in order to find a strong successor to his leading marksman.
Boss Sadler said: "I've had every single agent on the planet messaging me now with interest in sending us their players. The job for me is making sure the ones that I want are the ones that we get.
"I won't bend on that. It was the same with the summer, I waited and was really patient to make sure I got Nathan and I'll do the same."
On whether it will be another loan deal, Sadler added: "We'll see, we've got loan options, we've got permanent options and we've got loads of options."
Lowe has played an instrumental role in propelling Walsall into a 12-point lead at the summit but his form also increased fears that he could return to his parent club.
Sadler assured that he was always planning for the possibility of life without Lowe but was still not expecting the decision to be made.
"Planning for, definitely. Expecting, no I wasn't. We were in constant dialogue but I don't think they wanted to make that decision if I am honest with you," he revealed.
"I think they wanted to keep him with us but unfortunately needs must over at their place. We understand that and we accept it so the relationship is still very strong between us and Stoke.
"All of us wish Nathan the best. We can all say it's been a successful loan spell with the impact he has had in his 30 gamer but it's up to us now to move on to the next bits."
Walsall have had a great deal of success on the loan market over the past 18 months under Sadler and have carved out a glowing reputation for being an ideal destination for young players to develop and gain experience.
Tommy Simkin, Emmanuel Adegboyega, Freddie Draper and Mo Faal have also excelled on loan at Bescot in recent times and Sadler agrees that those successes help increase the quality of options for them on the market.
"That's mostly because we create chances. It's a good place for people to come and bring their young players," he noted.
"We've had real success with Freddie (Draper), Mo (Faal) and now we've had success with Nathan.
"That does help. We've had lots of people in touch but I don't want to settle. I want to go after the ones that we really want and that's what I'll do."
