His side travel to face Bristol City tomorrow and are likely to make a few changes, with one eye on the midweek trip to Newcastle on Wednesday.
Pereira - who spoke glowingly of the FA Cup and it's importance to English football - is desperate for a win to recover from the league loss to Nottingham Forest.
"The finals of this competition, I remember some of them, the fantastic atmosphere and games," Pereira said.
"It's something we want to live, but this is a game that we need to face as a Premier League game, because this team has a lot of quality.
