Following an 8-1 win over Sporting Khalsa in the FA Cup, Wolves turn their attention to the National League Northern Premier Division, as they host Derby County.
Wolves sit second in the league and one point behind leaders Nottingham Forest.
McNamara said: “Derby County are a great side.
“Sam (Griffiths) always sets them up really well, so they are difficult to play against. They are a hard team to beat.
“We will look at them and see what areas we think we can exploit. It’s going to be tough, but we want to win.
“We want to head into Christmas after a positive result in the league. Hopefully we can do that, but it will be hard.
“It will be tough, they work hard, they will work for Sam.
“We have got to make sure we are ready for a battle.
“Points on the board are always better than the points owed, with the games in hand.
“We fell short of that a couple of years ago and it was hard then, the pressure starts mounting.
“We want to just win games of football. We just want to win and see where we go.
“As I have said all season, what this group are currently doing this season is remarkable. It is outstanding.
“There is no pressure on us, we just have to keep winning games and keep enjoying games.
“We need to keep smiling, see where we get too in the competitions and hopefully, we can do well.
“This group have done this for years, they have done this the past seven years.
“Some of the girls haven’t been with me for that long, but some of them have.
“I am so proud to lead this group. The work, the effort, the values that they hold as individuals, they align with mine.
“They align with the football club, and they are remarkable people.
“I’m delighted to be steering the ship and hopefully may it long continue.”
