Dave Edwards: Thanks to Gary O'Neil and Wolves for a dream away day

I was down in Craven Cottage in the away end, as a fan, on Saturday and I want to thank Gary O'Neil and his players for the experience his side gave me!

It was only second time I've been in a Wolves away end just solely to enjoy it as a fan watching the game. I went to Manchester United a few years ago, when Moutinho scored, with my son, brother and nephews, which was amazing.

But this time I went down with my son Jack and his friend and I absolutely loved it. I thought the atmosphere was so, go good.

I picked a good one! It was the first time I really experienced 'limbs' in the away end, as my son and the rest of the kids call it. Joao Gomes' goal went in and Jack, his mate and a couple of other Wolves fans ended in the row in front with me trying to peel them back.

It was a father-son thing above anything else, it was very special, so thank you for that moment.

It was a bit of a rollercoaster of a first half. Wolves started well but lost their way. Obviously there were a lot of changes, no centre-backs and Mario Lemina having to drop in, it probably took half an hour and to go a goal down to really settle.
