Winger Johnston and midfielder Molumby are once again part of Heimir Hallgrimsson's squad for Nations League group clashes against Finland, at home, and England at Wembley.

Molumby started against The Three Lions as England ran out 2-0 winners in Dublin in September but Johnston was not involved.

Finland are the visitors next Thursday before Ireland head to London on Sunday week.

The pair join Baggies defender Torbjorn Heggem in involvement for their countries in the upcoming break, which begins after Carlos Corberan's troops tackle Hull on the road on Sunday.

Heggem can to add to the first cap he won as a late substitute against Austria last month with Nations League games in Slovenia next week and at home to Kazakhstan a few days later.

It is also expected that loan defender Mason Holgate will team up with Jamaica for a second time after making his bow for the Caribbean nation last month. They have a double-header against the United States on November 15 and 19.

Paddy McNair's hamstring injury has ruled him out of Northern Ireland duty, likewise Semi Ajayi with Nigeria.
