Rosa (Lea Hall) showed all his class as he recovered from a frame down to beat Craig Meredith (Bloxwich Memorial) in the first ever Masters Championship final.
Meredith drew first blood after red-hot favourite Rosa broke down on a break of 28. But ex-pro Pro Rosa responded in devastating fashion, winning the next three frames to claim the title in emphatic fashion with breaks of 35, 40, 90 and 91.
The Individual Handicap final saw a clash of youth and experience as16-year-old Jack Harris (St Johns) took on Bannister (Q Bar), with the latter receiving seven start per frame.
Bannister opened up a 2-0 lead aided by a break of 38 in frame two before Harris pulled one back after needing a snooker with the last three colours remaining and despite Bannister rolling in a 40 break.
But Bannister finally wore the youngster down and took the next frame to clinch success.
Premier Division leaders St Johns edged closer to their first ever title as they demolished Bloxwich Memorial A 5-0 at home.
Jamie Harris, Jack Harris, Stuart Langford, with breaks of 40 and 32, Steve Barton and Mick Faulkner fired their side 21 points clear at the top.
At the other end of the table, Victoria A gave themselves a slim hope of staying up by defeating Aldridge Cons A 3-2.
Mark Harding, Ashley Richards and Andy Smith secured a crucial victory for the hosts.
Aldridge's frame winners were Mark Pearsall and Bryan Jeffreys.
Division One leaders Bentley Moor A nearly came a cropper at struggling Aldridge Cons C.
They were taken to a deciding frame before edging home 3-2.
Scott McGregor, most wins man Phil Bush and Mark Archer, in the final frame, saw Bentley home but only after a spirited Cons fightback.
They had trailed 2-0 before Tony Walker and Shaun Doughty hit back to level the scores.
Bloxwich Memorial B look the most likely to derail Bentley's championship push as they cut the gap to seven points with a superb 5-0 home win against Norton Vic.
Simon Kelly, Bob Davis, Dave Kelly, Charlie Fletcher and Darren Davis were all in fine form for Bloxwich, who have a game in hand on their title rivals.
