Popular pundit Bobby George is heading to Penkridge to take part in a charity darts exhibition with Wayne Mardle next month.
'The Bobby Dazzler' will be joined by 'Hawaii 5-0-1? at the Hatherton Country House Hotel, Pinfold Lane, on Friday October 28.
Both are now television personalities, George as a co-presenter for the BDO world championship on the BBC and Mardle as a commentator for PDC events on Sky Sports.
Mardle, who reached the World Matchplay final in 2003, has still not fully retired but George, twice a runner-up in the BDO world championship, stopped playing regular tournaments in 1986.
'The King of Bling,' now 65, was the sport's first full-time exhibition player and continues to be well recieved on the circuit.
And darts fans will get the chance to take on the stars, who will play a leg against seven punters each, drawn at random by their ticket numbers.
George and Mardle will then go head-to-head in a best of three contest, after a raffle and an auction for darts memorabilia.
All profits from the night will go to the Midlands Air Ambulance with tickets, costing £10 each and only available in advance, from event organiser Vicki Cutler on 07974 578 103.
