I would like to know if anyone knows why it is almost impossible to se a GP since the virus began?

All other essential services have been working, hospitals, shops, delivery drivers, all emergency services, the list goes on and on. But try and see a doctor and no chance. I am not sure if this applies to all practices, but I know of several people that have the same problem.

I haven’t tried until last week when I had a few problems that I would have liked to see my GP about, but was told I couldn’t make an appointment as they didn’t want hundreds of people coming to the surgery.

I asked why they could not do appointments as hospitals have to do and dentists. I was told a doctor would ring me, but did they? No a nurse did!! By this time I had lost the will so I just asked if I could just get blood tests done, yes that was ok but at hospital. I just do not understand it at all, I have had the vaccine as well, you can all wear face masks.

I feel really sorry for people who are really worried about serious things and cannot go and talk to their own GP.
