Right, that's me fireproofed for the winter. I have answered the NHS summons for my flu jab and Covid booster on the same day, but in different arms. There was a time when I declined all jabs on the grounds that I had a magnificent immune system.
And then in 2020 along came Covid, snuffing out millions of healthy lives. It didn't get me until after the first round of jabs and I was pretty much asymptomatic, with only the hint of a sore throat.
