Answers to PM over asylum

On one hand we have legal immigrants coming in to the UK to take up jobs that can't be filled, such as care workers and nurses. Their employers pay national insurance as do the employees along with income tax. They spend their hard earned money to add to the local economy and through their work environment and community involment build up friendships and relationships. On the other hand we have illegal immigrants crossing the channel on a daily basis. Taxpayers foot the bill for their board, lodgings, food, clothing, health care, etc. They spend their time in rooms or walking the streets as they can't work or socialise.

So to stop the UK becoming a country of strangers, which group do you concentrate on stopping? Answers to Sir Keir Starmer ASAP!
