Kingstanding bus diversions still at play following closure which re-routed multiple services

National Express West Midlands posted on social media earlier today, reminding locals of five diversions which could cause travel problems.

Issuing the update on X, formerly Twitter, the transport firm said that the issue - which started on January 22 - is still forcing services 934, 935, 936, 937, 937A to be 'on diversion'.

The cause is due to Kingstanding Circle bus stop being closed on the roundabout towards Birmingham, which will end today, January 29. 

A spokesperson for National Express West Midlands said: "Diversion from January 22, to 29.

"Kingstanding Circle bus stop will be closed on the roundabout towards Birmingham Service 934, 935, 936, 937, 937A will be on diversion. 

"Kingstanding Circle to temporary stop along on Kingstanding Road."
