Flats and homes for Halesowen industrial site
New homes will be built on the site of old warehouse units in Halesowen, under new plans.
An industrial lane on Forge Lane will be transformed if the scheme for 28 apartments and four houses is given the go-ahead.
A four and three-bedroom house, and a pair of semi-detached properties would be built, along with the apartment block.
The plans have been recommended for approval and a final decision is expected to be made on January 8.
