Lichfield councillors seek re-election
Lichfield's two city centre councillors will be fighting to retain their seats in the county council elections.
Councillors Janice Silvester-Hall and Colin Greatorex have been re-selected by the Conservative Party for the elections on May 1.
Councillor Silvester-Hall has held Lichfield City North since 2021, while Councillor Greatorex has represented Lichfield City South since 2017.
Councillor Silvester-Hall said improving the city's health would be among her p;riorities.
.Colin Greatorex: added: “I am proud to say that every school in Lichfield City South division has benefited from either my involvement as a PTA member or community advocate, or financial support through the community and climate change member grants.
"I have also worked hard tosupport the development of the Scouts, the Lichfield and Hatherton Canal Trust and the Sandfields Pumping Station."
