Alpina has revealed its latest limited-edition offering with the B8 GT Gran Coupe.

Production will be limited to just 99 examples, making this Alpina a rather special car, with a lot of references towards Burkard Bovensiepen – the founder of Alpina back in 1965.

Underneath its bonnet, you’ll find a 4.4-litre bi-turbo V8 that produces 625bhp and 850Nm of torque which takes the car from 0-60mph in 3.1 seconds and onto a top speed of 205mph.

Its exterior design features a lot of carbon fibre with air ducts located in the front apron, a redesigned air diffuser and side dive planes all constructed from the lightweight material

The car sits on classic 21-inch Alpina forged alloy wheels finished off in silver, while there’s also ‘B8’ lettering on the side pillars. The B8 also uses high-performance brake pads and perforated brake discs to fully ensure the best stopping power.

Meanwhile, only 20 examples will be offered in a bi-colour paintwork finish with Alpina Blue or Alpina Green II with a Black Sapphire roof.

Inside, the Alpina B8 GT comes as standard with leather seats in a selection of four different colour combinations and with an Alcantara seat centre panel. Every B8 GT also benefits from anthracite fine wood trim, with metal inserts around the cupholder lid featuring the signature of Burkard Bovensiepen. Other details include the aluminium shift paddles, Alcantara headlining and two bespoke weekend bags. The bag includes a stainless steel plaque bearing the signature of Burkard Bovensiepen and the serial number of the vehicle, too.

All cars come with a Carl F.Cucherer Swiss watch, which has been refined technically and visually in the style of Burkard Bovensiepen.

The Alpine B8 GT is available to order now with prices starting from £189,500 with deliveries expected to commence in July 2025.
