West Midlands buses diverted due to 'inclement' weather

Buses in Wolverhampton have been forced to divert following last night's bad weather

National Express West Midlands have warned that 'due to inclement weather', buses operating Tennyson Road, Wolverhamtpon, have been forced to divert. 

Service 11 will now instead divert in both directions via Cannock Road. 

The group apologised for any inconvenience caused. 

On X, National Express West Midlands said: "Due to inclement weather on Tennyson Road, Wolverhampton, Service 11 is diverting in both directions via Cannock Road.

"Apologies for any disruption to your journey."

The bus company's 70 service is also diverted this morning "due to flooding on Leamore Lane, Bloxwich" in both directions via Fryers Road and Willenhall Lane.
