Full Wolverhampton Council election results as Labour increase majority
Labour has increased its majority on Wolverhampton Council after picking up a seat from the Conservatives.

One third of the authority's 60 seats have been up for grabs in this year's local elections.
Heading into the contest, Labour had 46 councillors, and overall control of the authority, while the Conservatives had 13. A single independent councillor was also on the council.
After ballot papers had been counted, Labour had upped their number of councillors to 47, reducing the number of Tory representatives to 12.
