Plan for 19 new homes on former pub site in Bilston
Plans to build 19 new homes on a vacant former pub site near Wolverhampton have been sent to council bosses.
The application follows a previous bid for 33 apartments on land previously occupied by The Happy Wanderer in Bilston.
The pub, in Green Lanes, closed in 2018 and has since been demolished.
The land was previously granted planning approval for housing in August 2022, when permission was granted for 33 residential apartments.
