"We trust Nuno" - Wolves fans hopeful ahead of Sevilla game

Tensions are running high ahead of the next round of the Europa League against Sevilla tonight – but Wolves fans are confident their team can take them to victory.

Supporters will be gathering at their local pub or watching from home to hopefully see their side progress into the semi-finals.

Suzanne Waterhouse, age 58, from Dudley, is looking forward to the match – along with daughter Lissy, age 18, and father Brian Woodall, age 82.

The only person in her house not watching will be her husband Rob, an Albion fan.

Suzanne said: "I'm nervous. It's a big game and Sevilla are a big team. I do think Wolves can win though. Nuno will get it right, we trust in him."

If the Wanderers win this game, due to be held in Germany, they will be then be playing either Manchester United or Copenhagen in the semi-final, also in Germany.

"I'm not quite as confident in the Man U game, but anything can happen," added Suzanne.

The mother-of-two – her son is also an Albion fan like her husband – will be watching the match from home but her daughter, who works part time at the Wolves Megastore. is planning on heading to the pub.

Suzanne's father Brian will also be cheering on his home team.

She said: "I grew up a big Wolves fan. When dad was younger he went Wolves one week, and Albion the next but when we went up into the Premier League we got him a season ticket.

"Dad does lots of research for the Duncan Edwards Foundation and he's really into local football. He's got really good football history knowledge.

"My husband will be watching anything else I think – it's going to be interesting in our house next season!"
